My thesis project is about a gender role playing. I have great interest in playing gender roles to criticize the stereotypes against genders. My work is for those of people who are interested into the stereotypical imageries between male and female. Charlie Chaplin has been a persona in my works for a long time. His inspiration is from my fascination towards old cinemas, especially during 1920s. I like to make a connection between past and present to play the boundary of time. I tried to achieve all my interests for this thesis project.
